Congratulations to a friend of Hyperco's, Ryan Smith, who won several indoor races over the past weekend and was named the Winged Outlaw winner at the Rumble in Fort Wayne.

Shown to the right on Victory Lane, Ryan and JVD also released a video which contains several good clips of his Hypercoils in action as he speeds around the track. Another fine example of what can happen when superior engineering & quality parts come together in the hands of a great driver.

After a season long points battle with defending champion Scott Bloomquist...Jimmy Owens clinches title with a second place finish at the final 2011 race at Atomic Speedway. Congratulations to Rick Eckert and his entire team on winning the 2011 World of Outlaws Dirt Late Model Series Championship! Rick and his team did an amazing job all season long and their determination paid off in winning the $100,000 WoO LMS Championship by a 14 point margin. The deciding moment came on lap 98 when Darrell Lanigan went to the inside of Don O’Neal through turns one and two and appeared to have plently of momentum to pass Owens...but he ran up on Owens too fast in turn two and had to check up, causing a scramble with O’Neal that allowed Eddie Carrier Jr. to move into second on the inside and Owens to gain enough room to carry him to victory!
