Your privacy is important to MW Components (“MW,” "we,” "us," “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect and retain personal information about our customers, website visitors, suppliers, partners, and representatives. 

This Policy covers all brands and websites owned and operated by MW Components, which distribute or link to this Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to sites and services that have separate privacy policies or services, nor services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may include MW’s services.

How We Collect Personal Information

We obtain personal information in a variety of contexts. The types of personal information we obtain depend on your relationship or interaction with us, and may include:

• Contact information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address;
• Account information such as account name, account login credentials, account preferences and other information used to create an account with us;
• Professional information, including your job title, company name, industry, professional affiliations and background, LinkedIn profile and work history;
• Job application information such as employment, education, and other information you may provide when seeking employment with us;
• Payment information such as banking information, payment card details, and billing and shipping addresses;
• Device information, as described in the Automated Data Collection section below; and
• Other information you provide in communications and interactions with us, including any information you submit through our website or other interactions with us, such as through forms, polls, surveys, search features, registrations, comments, online chats, chat features, emails, and video or call recordings. 

We may collect this information when you use our websites or otherwise interact with us (for example, call or email us). In some cases, we also may obtain your personal information from other parties, such as from your references or our vendors, business partners, data services, advertising partners, industry trade shows, or other third parties with whom we work. Automated Data Collection

How We Use Data

Third-Party Analytics Services

We may use third-party analytics services on our websites, such as Google Analytics. The providers of these analytics services use technologies such as cookies and web beacons to help us analyze your use of our websites. Interest-Based Advertising

Who We Share Data With?

We may share personal information with third parties for various purposes, as described below:

• Affiliates: We may share personal information with our affiliated companies for purposes described in this Policy.

Retention of Personal Information

To the extent required by applicable law, we retain your personal information for the time period reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, or any other notice provided at the time of collection, taking into account applicable statutes of limitation and records retention requirements under applicable law. We may retain your personal information for a longer period in the event of a complaint or in reasonable anticipation of litigation.
Protection of Personal Information

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or use. 

Your Rights and Choices

We offer you certain choices in connection with your personal information. To update your preferences, limit the communications you receive from us, or submit a request, please contact us as indicated in the How to Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from our marketing mailing lists by following the “Unsubscribe” link in our promotional emails.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to (1) request access to the personal information we maintain about you; (2) request that we correct or delete your personal information; (3) request the restriction of our use of your personal information; or (4) request to opt out of the processing of your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising, certain profiling or the sale of your personal information. In addition, you may receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, certain elements of your personal information that you have provided to us. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a rights request on your behalf. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your deletion or correction request. If you request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, we may verify your identity by requiring you to authenticate your email address or providing information about your prior interactions with us. If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may ask for your written permission or a power of attorney. Where you provided your authorized agent with a written permission, we may require that you also verify your identity.

As described in the Interest-Based Advertising section, we may disclose your personal information by allowing certain third parties (such as online advertising services and social networks) to collect personal information through automated technologies on our websites for targeted advertising purposes. This personal information may include identifiers, commercial information, online activity and inferences. These kinds of sharing activities may be considered “sales” or processing of personal information for targeted advertising under applicable law. If you choose to make your personal information available to other people through the use of website comments, social media sharing, or any other activity, we cannot control and will not accept responsibility for the way other people may use or manage that data.

For your convenience and information, our websites may provide links to other online services (such as websites and social media platforms), and may include third-party features such as apps, tools, widgets and plug-ins. These online services and third-party features may operate independently from us. The privacy practices of the relevant third parties, including details on the information they may collect about you, are subject to the privacy statements of these parties, which we strongly suggest you review. To the extent any linked online services or third-party features are not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for these third parties’ information practices.

Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices and websites. If we modify this privacy policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We will notify you of any material changes in the way we treat your personal information by placing a prominent notice on our relevant site or sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account.

California Consumer Privacy Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Notice (“Notice”) supplements our Privacy Policy. It applies solely to personal information collected about California customers, website visitors, job applicants, and personnel of our business partners. This Notice does not apply to personal information collected about MW personnel.

This Notice uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020) and its implementing regulations (collectively, the “CCPA”).

• Sensory Information: audio, electronic, visual, and similar information
• Employment Information: professional or employment-related information such as résumé information, occupation details, education details, certifications and professional associations, historical compensation details, previous employment details, emergency contact information, and pre-employment screening and background check information, including criminal records information
• Education Information: education information in connection with job applicants
• Inferences: inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, behavior, and attitudes.
