Hyperco Return Policy
Hyperco will only accept returns of new products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund providing the following:
- Products are new and in the original packaging
- Must produce original invoice
- Products have not been installed, tampered with or modified in any way
Non-returnable Items - The following products cannot be returned:
- Products older than 30 days from invoice date
- Any product that has been installed, disassembled or modified
- Products not purchased directly from Hyperco
- If you purchased product from a Hyperco authorized dealer/distributor, you must contact the seller listed under your original invoice for their return policy
- Closeout items
Shipping Costs:
- Hyperco will not cover return shipping fees for the return of non-defective products
- Any packages refused by the purchaser will be charged the shipping cost back to Hyperco
- Any address correction fees will be charged to the purchaser
Fees:
- Hyperco will charge a 20% restocking fee for all approved returned items, this does not pertain to warranty claims
Hyperco Return Procedure
Warranty Claim:
To make a claim for orders purchased directly from Hyperco, the purchaser must fill out the form below to proceed with the process of obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number which is required before shipping product back to Hyperco. If the product was not purchased from Hyperco directly, the purchaser should contact the authorized Hyperco dealer/distributor you purchased from directly. The dealer/distributor should then contact Hyperco to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return the products to Hyperco. Product returned to Hyperco for credit as defective that is determined to be fit for use will become the property of Hyperco and no credit will be issued.
Any and all warranty returns must be accompanied by:
- RGA number
- Original sales receipt verifying the purchase of the products
- A statement containing the purchaser's name, address, vehicle make and model along with a brief description of the claimed defect

Warranty Claim
- Please note: Hyperco will NOT accept returns without the RGA number and invoice. Any C.O.D. or collect shipments will be refused. Once the returns are received at Hyperco, Hyperco will evaluate the products, verify the sales receipt, and investigate the return reason. The purchaser is responsible for returning the products to the Hyperco, including shipping costs as well as costs incurred for removing and installing the products on the vehicle. Hyperco does not warranty labor costs. Any product that has been installed, assembled, or modified will not be eligible for a refund.
